Pressure And Occasional Pain In Ears. Diagnosed No Infection. History Of Ear And Sinus Infection. Suggest

I had an inner ear and sinus infection 1 year ago. I am 64 and never had problems before. I got antibiotics and sinus relief. Some month ago it started feeling pressure in both ears, sometimes dull pain, sometimes stabbing pain, sometimes only on one side or the other. I always wanna clean my ears, but I think they are clean. A few weeks ago I had an ear check at my doc's office and she said, no infection to see.
