Hi, You can expect to see withdrawal bleeding 3-7 days after completion of hormonal treatment. You will not see it while still on the medication. If your thyroxine supplementation makes you euthyroid, this should not be the concern. Please wait for a week or ten days and if you do not see a period until then, please get further management from your consultant. It is possible in PCOD for failure to attain a period and higher doses may be needed to do so. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
