Prescribe A Muscle Relaxant
suggest me some over the counter muscle relaxant, i was fine last evening and then i had a sudden catch on my low back. i have a history of ankylosing spondylitis and do take anti inflammatory medicines for the same. i believe muscle relaxant will help me now to relieve this catch

There is no over the counter muscle relaxant. your options are a benzodiazepine or baclofen both of which require a prescription in my jurisdiction and I imagine in your own.
