Pregnant With Pain In The Lower Back And Pelvis, White Discharge. Worried About The Health Of The Baby

Hi I'm 31 weeks pregnant 6 days today this is my 3rd pregnancy and I'm having bad pains in my pelvis, and right leg also server back ache that makes me feel faint I'm discharging white discharge a lot and also going to the toilet a lot more I have a growth scan friday but I'm concerned somethings wrong as my bump looks low and I think its shrunk I'm at risk from downsyndrome and my baby has heart problems

Hello,
Thanks for your query. You could be having preterm pains. Kindly get evaluated from a OBGY specialist as you are high risk for preterm and PPROM-i.e preterm premature rupture of membranes. The white discharge could be AMNIOTIC FLUID.
