Thyroid disorders are common among women and they need to be treated promptly especially if women is pregnant as these disorders can affect the growth and development of baby. As you are in regular consult with your endocrinologist it is good thing. The need for treatment can be evaluated by your treating doctor.
Regarding the abdominal pain non specific pain can occur anytime during pregnancy but you need to take precaution if it is severe pain associated with other symptoms like spotting. Such pains could indicate miscarriage. Hence if consider your pain to be severe associated with discharge or bleeding consult your gynecologist immediately. During your pregnancy have adequate rest and take healthy diet.
I hope you find this info helpful. Wish u healthy life and a healthy baby.
