Pregnant, White Jelly Discharge, Abdominal Pressure, Cramps, Diarrhea. Reason?
I'm 22 weeks pregnant, early hours Saturday morning i hada clump of clear white jelly when wiping after goin the toilet, also had some lower abdomin pressure & lower back cramps followed by diarrhea a night later, could this clear clump of jelly have been my mucus plug & could i be heading for early labour, I've had no real bad pains, just getting a little worried now. This mucoid secretion alone is not enough to suspect a preterm labour or threatened miscarriage. Only if you have sever pains or bleeding you may expect these complications at this stage of pregnancy.
Please don't take tension & just relax. You only need medical help if this continues & is associated with bad smell or itching.
