Pregnant, Suffering Highly Constipation With Piles, Blood In Stool. How To Get Rid Off It?
dear sir/medam my wife is pregnant for first time & running eight months, she is about 25 years old, from the last month she is suffering highly constipation with piles, it is daily routine to go latrine for 10 or more time, every times falls blood with tools, our local doctor guided to take duphalac syrup with an ointment sucral ANO before & after evacuation, but still trouble is persist. so please guide us how to get ride from the constipation & lesser tendency of latrine with regards hitesh kalita Assam

Your description is a little contradictory to what the term constipation means. It can be defined in two ways, it is either someone is having difficult or hard stool or some has not been able to stool for at least 3 days despite adequate feeding. Now if your wife is having frequent bowel movements and added to that blood (you actually did not describe the quality of the stool per say i.e whether soft or watery or hard or like rabbit stool etc) then it is likely that your wife is suffering from bloody diarrhea. Given her scenario it could be lower bowel bleeding caused by hemorrhoid or anal fissure (very common in pregnancy especially at that age of pregnancy) or she might be having gastroenteritis probably due to dysentery. In my opinion she should get checked by a gynobs (as your presentation is not very clear, so my guidance would not also be straight forward). If she is already having frequent bowel movements (going to the toilet for more than 10xs) then duphalac will not be rightly indicated as it will cause more frequent BM. She should get checked out for hemorroids and appropriate antihemorroidal should be indicated.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. Some people in pregnancy usually have constipation and piles. In late pregnancy ,3rd trimister, constipation could be due to pressure on the rectum, so to sleep on one side than in supine position can help free motion.
Besides medication i advise you some diet recommendations as take more of fibrous food like green leafy vegetables, sprouts, fruits and juices, and more of water to drink, will ease the stools to be free.
For the present you can use medicines for piles, which are use full , there are newer medicines even like THANK O.D.etc. with promising results.
