Hi,
You are having many symptoms and they all appear to be due to different causes.
Carpel tunnel syndrome will cause swelling of both hands only if affects both hands. usually it is unilateral that is affects one hand mostly the right in right handed people. So if you are having swelling of both hands, better think about causes other than carpel tunnel syndrome. If there is associated swelling over legs and you are also having red cheeks better have a blood pressure check and a urine tested for proteins as this may be a raised blood pressure that occurs in pregnancy called preeclampsia.
Another cause of flushed cheeks may be due to advancing pregnancy as hormonal levels rise and lead to flushing of cheeks and feeling of warmth. This gets corrected after delivery.
The diarrhea appears to be a mild one and will be relieved with soft food like soups and probiotic yogurt [available at any local supermarket] that will correct the normal intestinal bacteria.
since you do not have any pain, bleeding or passing of fluid and mucus form the vagina, it is not labor pain. Labor is mostly associated with at least one of the following symptoms.
From the question it appears that you have an anterior low lying placenta, don't worry much about this. If you have bleeding at any time rush to your doctor.
The doctor will take care about it during the C section. Just make sure you have a c section performed at a well equipped centre with blood bank facilities.

Hope I was able to help you. Thanks for using health care magic and have a nice day.
