Pregnant, feels like pushing down, having frequent bowel movement, gastritis, heart burn. What to do?

I am having some pressure feels as if baby is pushing down and stinging but I also had it 3 times today and just had a bowel movement . Also I know soda is bad, but I crave it when I eat something as of a meal and it gives me gas and have some heart burn at night. Should I stop? Also im goin every week to the doctor to check the baby because his belly is small, im 33 weeks.

as the gestational age progresses uterus will grow and becomes upright from its anteverted position, because of these it will exert pressure on surrounding bowels leading to feeling of bowel movement.
better to stop soda instead you can go for some fruit juices,
for gastritis you can take antacids,
belly small means probably abdominal circumference is less,
if severe it may indicate intra uterine growth retardation,
in mild cases no need to worry, it will get corrected with time,
try to take adequate and proper diet.
