Pregnant, Feeling Tired, Sleepy, Burning Sensation In Nose, Eyes, During Urination, Feeling Feverish. Why?

My wife is 16 week pregnant, she has just moved into second trimester, but still she is feeling tired all the time and also feeling very sleepy. On top of that she is complaining about burning sensation in nasal channel and also burning sensation during urination since the last 3-4 days. Also since last 3-4 days she is feeling feverish throughout the day , feeling cold all time, suffering from body pain, specially pain in legs. Burning sensation in eyes , little headache and continuous sneezing are also there. She does not feel hungry at all, she also does not feel the urge of taking any food. She also complains about feeling very low in energy. Please advice.
