37 weeks pregnant today scheduled c section in two weeks. While at grocery store my heart started beating fast I'm a little nauseous some pain in back just below shoulder blades. I'm also very tired. I'm 39 years old have gained 30 pounds through entire pregnancy. Blood pressure has been running like 101/58. What's going on? No signs of early labor.

Hi,
It could be one of those hypoglycemic manifestations along with some general weakness associated with exertion in late pregnancy; please call your consultant and get an opinion, though, as it is always better to be cautious during pregnancy. It need not be anything pathological but only a transient change that may be relieved with rest and fluids. Wish you good health.
