Pregnant, Dizziness, Tingling Fingertips, Shortness Of Breath, Anxiety. Causes For Symptoms?

Excuse me, I m feeling abit dizzy, light, and abit shortened fromvmy breath, i also have tingly finger tips! My anxiety is getting to me. & I m feeling scared. Plus I m pregnant, & I drank a lot of pop today. What do u think this might be? Just a high blood sugar or something else? Oh and earlier, at 930pm I was trying to check my blood but didn t know how to work the thing, so I gave up and poked myself with the needle trying to get the needle out, please reply.

Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

You are not telling me how far along you are in the pregnancy, so it is a bit difficult to accurately answer your question. Many women have difficulty catching their breath during pregnancy. Also, feelings of dizziness and light-headedness are common and often related to position. Given that you were drinking a lot of soda today could explain your symptoms. If your doctor is already concerned about your blood sugars, then it would be wise to stop drinking soda and caffienated drinks and notify your doctor of your symptoms.

I hope that this helps and good luck!
