Pregnant, Diarrhea. Prescribed Sporlac. Are There Side Effects?

Hi,
I am 13 weeks pregnant. For the last 1 week I am suffering from loose tools which is really worrying me. Yesterday it was very severe so my doctor prescribed Sporlac - DS. To be consumed 2 together. I am worried if it will cause any side affects for my baby?
Also, will having loose tool affect the baby in anyway? Kindly advise.
