Early symptoms are like nausea & vomiting, breast changes, fatigue, frequent urination
, slight cramping or spotting, constipation
, backache, excessive salivation
, acidity etc.
You should start with protein rich diet as you need extra 350 kcal/ day than usual intake, milk & dairy products, leafy vegetables & fruits, Cereals/ nuts/dals/pulses, drink lots of fluid/water.
Continue Folic acid/ Vitamin supplements, avoid long journey/ heavy work, maintain personal hygiene, take adequate rest and repeat scan after 4 wk for detailed feto-placental well being.
Do periodic check up to your doctor and undergo suggestive investigations.
