Also, ideally Mifepristone tablet is taken orally, and then
Misoprostol 4 tablets are given vaginally or orally, so the instructions given to you are correct.
Regarding side effects, common ones are
nausea, fever, pain, cramping, severe bleeding and possibility of failed
abortion.
You can have a baby in the future, risks include severe infection, damage to to the lining of the uterus, and blocked tubes due to infection.
