Hi,
As pregnancy advances towards term, you may experience sagging pains on and off and associated with certain positions. This could be due to the flanks getting full and if this is your first pregnancy the stretch symptoms will be perceived more. If you feel the pain with a particular position, refrain from that position. Report to your doctor when you go for your next visit or earlier if you cannot tolerate the discomfort. Please keep a watch on the fetal movements, any vaginal discharges and tightening of the abdomen. Hope this information has been helpful. Wish you safe motherhood.
