Hello,
If the vomiting is so severe as to cause extreme weakness, you may need hospitalization and parenteral fluid therapy is advised along with anti-emetic injections. If not, you may try to eat whatever you can tolerate including much of it in easily digestible form, take rest and antacids. Avoiding mental stress is of much help to alleviate the situation. Do not stress much about your pregnancy as this anxiety can be troublesome. Please consult your doctor for help. Wish you safe motherhood.
