Dear Friend,

Your surgery has probably not lead to complete improvement of your symptoms. Take a course of anti-allergic like laevocetrizine night time daily for 15 to 21 days along with Tablet sinarest night time for same period. use sinarest vapocaps (cut open and spread open on pillow) at bed time while sleep. Take septlin (himalaya) tablets daily or colostrum capsule daily to boost your immunity. avoid icecreams, cold water, cold drinks, sleeping directly under a fan (cover your face with a thin cloth). Hope these precautions will help. Take care
