Please Tell Me About My ECG Strip

Can anyone interpret the odd beats in the middle of this ECG strip? I was sitting still, shap pain in the middle/left/lower chest area. Thanks for your opinions... http://i24.tinypic.com/208wg1x.jpg My cardiologist will look at this in 3 days, but I m wondering now that I just had this episode, what it is. I definitely had pain with it and the leads have been working fine on my portable monitor. I m just looking for a rough answer - is it ventricular or atrial in nature? similar to vtach? I had an episode of vtach 2 weeks ago, hence why I am wearing the 30 day monitor.

Definitely artifacts, you can see the normal regular heart beats within the artifacts. nothing to worry about in that strip.
