Hi, if you are having active lesions of acne vulgaris, take tab. Azithromycine 500 mg daily morning for three months, then onward three tablet in a week i.e. mon, tue, wed. for 6 months. Take tab. Zinc sulfate 220 mg daily at night. Continue clindamycine gel application at night till leasions subside. Wash the face with acmed face wash. After complete resolution of lesios, if spots and scars are there, you aca apply glycolic acid lotion 6 percent alternate days at night., till you feel better. Heavy application of glycolic acid may produce irritation, so be careful. Avoid stress,be positive, avoid milk, ghee and excessive oily food. Take good sleep... I hope you will have good result..ok
