Pimples In Cheek And Chin. Applying Faceclin Gel. Treatment For Scar?

Hi, Myself Bharati(25yr),no previous family histories,suddenly Pimples are coming on my cheeks and chin,i have never face this type pimple before.Type of pimple is small papules,red in colour.
Currently I am using faceclin gel at night for this and salicylic acid facewash.Foe dandruff i am using ketoconazol shampoo.
Pimples scar to much prominent mark on cheeks.
I heard about gycolic acid cream ,is it really usefull?is it good for my age?if it is not advise go cream or treatment for scar.

Hi, if you are having active lesions of acne vulgaris, take tab. Azithromycine 500 mg daily morning for three months, then onward three tablet in a week i.e. mon,tue,wed. for 6 months. Take tab. Zinc sulfate 220 mg daily at night. Continue clindamycine gel application at night till leasions subside. Wash the face with acmed face wash. After complete resolution of lesios, if spots and scars are there, you aca apply glycolic acid lotion 6 percent alternate days at night., till you feel better. Heavy application of glycolic acid may produce irritation, so be careful. Avoid stress,be positive, avoid milk,ghee and excessive oily food. Take good sleep... I hope you will have good result..ok
