Pimple Present On Head, Soft Bubble Like Thing, Unable To Pop It. Cure?

I have a pimple on my head that is pretty big, but it has no head so I cannot just pop it. It used to hurt a lot when I touched it, but now it doesn t hurt as much. When I poke it, it is just this soft bubble like thing. I want to get rid of it because it has been on my head for a while and it is visible even with all my hair some how.
