Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pimples or acne is a recurring illness and the recurrence depends upon the cause of the pimples..
As she has open pores, clogging of pores is a common cause for pimples..
For pimples she has to take a long term treatment and take proper care of her skin hygiene and diet to prevent recurrence of pimples..
She can start washing her face with salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
Apply creams containing Benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin.
Azelic acid containing creams can also help..
You can also apply retinoids containing Adapelene gel at night..
You can exfoliate your skin twice a week to keep the pores clean and prevent infection and pimples..
You should do cool compresses over the pimples..
For pigmentation and spots apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
For scars, silicone gel can be applied although scars cannot be completely resolved with only topical treatment and certain techniques like Microdermabrasion, dermal rollers, microneedling, excision with elevation etc has to be done depending upon type of scars..
She should also avoid oily food and limit sun exposure..
Take plenty of green leafy vegetables and drink sufficient water..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
