Pimple Inside Penis Shaft, Testicle Pain, Itching Sensation. Diagnosed With Herpes Months Back. Treatment?

Hi I was diagnose with Herpes 2 3 months ago after having an outbreak. Ever since I feel like there is a pimple inside the shaft of my penis. Sometimes it burns or hurts a little. My left testicle hurts sometimes and my back also hurts. I also feel a burning or itchy sensation on the shaft and testicles as well as buttocks. Please help me. My doctors are baffle. I saw a Urologist and he thought it was a kidney stone but it wasnt. what should I do.

Hi, it appears to be an urinary tract infection, or a small stone in the ureter near the bladder, or may be due to anxiety. U.T.I. may be eliminated by getting the culture and sensitivity of the urine.
I to my patient with such symptoms, prescribe cifixime, aurvedic tablets to desolve the stone like neeri, and alprazolam. Thank you.
