Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi Hayes,
Please consult your ophthalmologist as you have developed secondary bacterial conjunctivitis which needs topical antibiotic eyedrops and ointments.
Until you get an appointment ,clean your lids with cotton dipped in Luke warm water which will be very soothing. And a dose of anti inflammatory tablet will help your swollen eyes. A lubricant eye drops 6 times a day, will reduce your irritation.
Get examined and the start your antibiotic eyedrops.

Take care and hope you get well soon.

ENT Specialist Dr. Maria Ithaya Rasan's  Response
You could be having infection of your tear duct that starts at the nose end of your eye and opens into your nose. Infection could have tracted up to your eye from your nose and throat infection.
