Hi, Not everyone will have their glans penis (which is the head of penis) covered, as this depends on the amount of foreskin that one is equipped with by nature. if you have excess foreskin, the glans is always covered, while if the foreskin is deficient, the glans will never ever be covered. excess of foreskin is actually the one that causes trouble in that there could be patients who have narrow opening which gets progressively worse and closes completely and then a circumcision to remove the excess may be necessary. I doubt if you will require any treatment from what you have mentioned. in fact there is a good chance that many people could be envious of your big head :-) - So relax and do not let this bother you unless you have trouble yourself at the time of intercourse.
