Penis Getting Raw, Red After Sex. Redness Not Going With Neosporin. Yeast Infection?
My penis gets really raw and red after sex. Red spots, that dry up and skin falls off. I've been using neosporin but redness won't go away. Just want Ll the redness to go away and not be so sensitive and raw. I bought Clomatrizone but haven't used it till I asked a professional if I possibly have a male yeast infection.

It seems that you might be having fungal infection on the part.
Perhaps your partner too have this infection.
Apply Clomatrizone cream locally.
Go for oral anti-fungal tablet like Flucanozole 150 mg once in a week for 4 weeks.
It is advisable to go for treatment both partners.
Keep local hygiene clean,dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
