Penis, foreskin sore, red after sex. Penis gets dry, red spots on penis head. Suggestions?

Recently my penis and foreskin are both very sore and very red after sex. It looks and feels a little like it was sunburned. Then, the shaft will get very dry and almost peal much like sunburn but has never actually pealed. I have noticed small red spots on the head and under the foreskin it looks almost like a cut but not bloody, just very red and sore.
