Radiologist 's  Response
Hello,
The term Acyesis can stand for either non pregnant uterus or a woman unable to become pregnant. Kindly ask your doctor the context in which this term has been used.
Endometritis is inflammation of the endometrium (inner lining of the uterus) which is 11 mm in your report (normal less than 10 mm).
