Passing Semen While Seeing A Woman Or Reading Sexy Articles, Difficulty Passing Semen During Sex, Sleepiness, Back Pain. Help

Hi i am 30 facing problem of passing of semen. As soon as i see a women or read some thing sexy my semen passes away in no time because of which i stay away from discussion of this kind. Some time while having sex my semen does not pass at all for some time i feel lost of exsitment while having sex it takes a lot of time to pass the semen and some time it passes very quickly.i feel sleepy all day and have back pain.have this problem from 1and half year i have taken medicine but there is difference while urinating also some time sticky form of semen passes. Please assist me what to do to cure this

Hi,
1. Are you taking any drugs for any other problem? Some drugs can cause problem in ejaculation.

Follow the below mentioned measures.
A. Don't involve in doing masturbation or reading any sex stories or watching porn for minimum of 15 days.
B. Do regular outdoor exercise for 30 min every morning.
C. Have sex with only one partner and always think of your partner while having sex. Avoid deviations of your thinking. Have break for at least 3 days.
D. Eat healthy and have good sound sleep. Go to bed early and wake up early and do regular outdoor exercise. Do regular stretching exercises and Yoga.These measures will help you.

If you still finds problem then get examined and evaluated.
