Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a kidney infection or kidney stones.

I suggest the following examinations for further evaluation.

I recommend an abdominal ultrasound, a urine test and a uroculture.

Meanwhile,I suggest to use a muscle relaxant for the pain such as Baclofen.

Hope my answer was helpful.
