Passed Urine With Huge Glob Of Blood After Sex. What Does It Mean?

So I have slept with this guy twice and a different one in between. The first time I had sex with guy A I peed and there was a huge glob of blood in the toilet... a week later I had sex with guy B and no blood or anything unusual.. the next week I had sex again with guy A and peed again afterword and another large glob of blood was in the toilet. Is this my issue or his?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bleeding after sex needs to be investigated.
Bleeding can occur due to a number of causes, some of them are as follows:
1. Cervical erosion, cervicitis
2. Endometritis, endometrial polyp
3. Cervical cancer

You need to consult a gynecologist for clinical examination, relevant investigations e.g. pap test and thus management.
It is unlikely that the bleeding is occur due to problem of your partner.

Thanks and take care
