Panic Attack, Should I Be Worried ?

I had an argument with my boyfriend and went to lie down but was still very upset about it, all of a sudden, I started to feel some shortness of breath (not a lot)... my heart also started beating louder and I would feel my heart drop ... my heart beat was regular other than those episodes where I felt like my heart dropped in its chest. Everytime I managed to think of something else, I wouldn t experience this, when I got nervous about my heart, I started having this symptoms all over again... Has anyone experienced this ? Should I be worried ? I am planning on seeing my doctor, I ve never experienced something like this and it has gone away.

You might not necessarily be having an all-out panic attack, but you certainly are experiencing panic-like symptoms. I have panic disorder and I experience those symptoms plus a few when I have panic attacks. My doctor told me that you can experience the symptoms without having a panic attack. I would suggest you see an M.D. and have him check you out. It might be your heart, but if it isn't and you are having panic attacks he can send you to a shrink. Either way, you should really get checked out. You really don't want it to be your heart OR panic attacks.. but its certainly important to get either checked out.

I have been getting pulses non-stop on one leg below my knee, any suggestions on what this could be?
