Pains In Lower Stomach And Irregular Periods With Abnormal Pap Smears

I have pains in my lower stomach and my periods have become very irrigular. My last one was on 1st of JAn. I have slight bleeding that comes and gos but it is not the usual colour of blood more kind of pinkish and it is not heavy and more spot. it occurs mainly after I go to loo for bowel movement. I fel like my period is trying to start. I have had abnoraml smears and so I ahve an appointment to see a specialist in two weeks time for a colospy

Irregular periods with abnormal pap smear indicates some metaplastic changes and colposcopy would be a good start. Pain abdomen can be symptomatically managed till then with some antispasmodics like phloroglucinols. Seek the gynecologist sooner to confirm the pap smear abnormality.
