Hello, Yes you need to see ENT specialist . You have sore throat that could be most probably because of sinus disease, as the infected material from the sinus drains back and falls on to the throat and causes irritation and infection. You must get yourself examined and start with antibiotics and get done CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to see for the extant of disease. i give these medicines ,and they may also suit you ,but you must consult your doctor and if not possible then only take these medicines---- Tab. Roxithromycin twice daily Tab. Mucinac 600 once daily Tab. Ebastine/Loratidine +Phenylephereine /pseudoephedrine twice daily Multivitamin Xylometazoline nose drops 2 drops both nostril 2 times a day for 5 days only Physiomer normal saline nasal spray 2 puffs both nostril 2 times a day follow up after 5 days.
