Hi ! The pea sized lump may be from the epididymis of your left testis which usually is a benign condition. However, it might have got twisted, or inflammed causing you pain and swelling in epididymis and the testis. Any infection or trauma causing severe inflammation of the testis or epididymis may give rise to blood in the ejaculate. Go for a good scrotal support, some antiflammatory drugs, and antibiotic on consultation with your family physician with an option to visit a Urologist if you are not getting relief.
Wishing you an early recovery.
