Painful Lump Inside Vulva. After Doing A Workout, It Burst Out And Started Bleeding. How Can I Help It To Heal?

I had a bump on the inside of my vulva. It became painful, but I decided that I wouldn't let it get me down. I decided to work out. After my workout, it burst and started bleeding. Within a matter of hours, it blew up!! It was so big (left side only) that you could see it through my underwear. I went to the hospital and had it lanced. They were not able to stuff it with anything, they simply but a gauze over it. I have to change it every time that I go to the bathroom. If urine hits the open area, it stings. My vulva is still noticeable swollen, but not as large as it was before it was lanced. This is really troublesome. How can I help it heal?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Infected Bertholin cyst giving rise to this problem.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
If cyst is there get it excised with sac.
Ok and take care.
