Painful Arm, Chest Pain. Why Am I Having Trouble Breathing?

Hi, I am not sure if this is really anything, I just am nervous alittle now because I have pain going down my right arm tonight, prior to this and also today, I have been having trouble with deep breaths, and when I do breath all the way in , it hurts mostly on the right side of my upper chest and then my arm hurts worse

Thank for choosing HCM ,, Emotional stress causes nonspecific breathing difficulty, if not proven any pathological cause, or have history of asthma, just relax keep your stress level low or zero,, if you are above 30 years then perimenopausal syndrome is likely, no need to be nervous, it will go away.
