Pain While Walking After Descectomy And Laminectomy. Concerned About Slipped Disc

Hello after a discectomy and laminectomy ten weeks ago whilst my leg pain has gone, sitting is very difficult as is gettin up and down out of a chair, I cannot walk with ease for any distance, cannot bend easily and am finding work increasingly difficult. Can you advise what I can do to ease pain which is around the wound L3 4 and is hot to touch. I am concerned this is likely to be another slipped disc, as muscles are very tight. I have a check up in two weeks am worried as seem to be gettting worse not better and cannot get appointment, any suggestions would be helpful,

Hai there would be some muscle spam in back and you may have some inflammation around the wounded area and you are experiencing this pain after ten weeks of your surgery so it may not be another disc slippage unless you haven't done any strenuous activity. You may apply ice to the affected ares and do some back muscle stretching excersie this may relive pain and if you are experiencing very severe pain have pain killers which you would have been prescribed after your surgery. Take care
