Pain Near Scrotum And Penis. What Could It Be?

I'm a 54 years old man , and recently I'have been having some pain near my scrotum, near my penis. depending on what I do ,it's like there is something that pop out about the size of my thum on the right side of my penis . At first it felt like one of my testicul would go back inside and cause enormous pain , but when it pop out and start hurting ,I just push on it with my hand and it goes back inside and stop hurting. Can you tell me what it could be. Thank's

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is called reducible Right Inguinal Hernia.

However final diagnosis can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon.

If confirmed you will need to undergo surgery which is the only treatment for hernia.
