Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
the pain in the thigh with a sensation of giving up can be due to a ligament tear in the hip joint or a muscular weakness in the area due to nerve compression at the level of spine.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
