Pain In The Penis And On The Hip While Urination. Anything To Be Worried?

I am a 20 year old healthy athletic male.. I am feeling a pain level of 8 when I urinate. It seems like the pain is centralized around the lower part of the penis..I did go to the doctor yesterday and results aren't in, but they gave me doxycycline 100 mg tabs and I have taken 4 in the last 24 hours. I am also have pain on my right front of hip joint. Don't know if that means anything or not. I feel like I need to go ageain to the doctor tommorrow.. the pain isn't subsiding, my mom suggested I get AZO standard from the Pharmacy. Is that still ok to take?

History of pain during urination indicates urinary tract infection.
This may be a referred pain due to may renal or bladder stone.
if it is UTI it will subside with the antibiotic treatment which you're already taking.
It the pain is not subsiding that the infection may be resistant to the antibiotic or with may be anything for which the cause has to be found.
Being an athlete you're prone for injuries.
Pain in the hip may be due to Musculoskeletal pain or any referred pain.
