Pain In The Neck, Headache. Pinching Nerve In The Inner Ear. Not Able To Sleep. Any Rehabilitation Exercise?
HI, I have a question. My mom is in Lithuania and I am here in USA. She has been having this neck pain along with a head ache. She went to see a doctor and they told her that her nerve in her inner year is pinching. She has been trying to do some neck exercises for a months right now. Nothing is helping and she cant even sleep at nights, unless she gets druged up. Do you have any advises? maybe rehab exercises? Im looking forward inhearing from you soon, Grite Apanaviciute
Hi, It seems that she might be having osteo-artheritis in her cervical vertebrae giving rise to irritation and pressure on nerves giving rise to this problem. Go for x-ray cervical region. Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined. If cervical spondilitis is found then she should go for, Physiotherapy, Short way diathermy, Cervical traction, as advised by surgeon. Avoid keeping pillow under neck while sleeping. Ok and take care.
when the inner edar nerve is pinched there is noise and this is called tinnitus and it doesnot allow you to sleep relaxation exercises are needed inore the noises can start flunarazine 5 mg night for long or can add clonazepam if flunarazine dont work but main help will be counseling and trt ecercises for rehabilitation
