Pain In Testicles And Urethra. STD Tests Negative. HPV Not Tested. Suggestions?

8 months ago i had unprotected sex with a woman, a month later i started having redness around my urethera, and often felt the need to urinate but often times couldnt or at least had difficulty going when i did. i also had a very obvious red streak running up the bottom side of my penis. the streak has faded almost all the way. but i still have redness around head as well as small bumps, kind of like chicken skin, but the bumps arent always there. i was checked for all stds except hpv. everything came back negative. like i said this was 8 months ago and i have been having pain and discomfort in my testicals for the last month, not servere, but enough to worrry me. also around my urethera at times it a blueish color like vein color blue, almost like a bruise. i will add, at the time the symtoms strarted, i was smoking meth pretty heavy for about a month and a half. i would greatly appriciate any leads, thank you.

Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

I have gone through your query, and despite the fact that you have tested negative for all sexually transmitted diseases, I would request you to repeat the screening as some infections can go undetected as they could have still been in their incubation period.

Include all infections (eg. HIV, herpes, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, chlamydia, syphillis, HPV, etc.). I am sure meth has nothing to do with your symptoms, although it can cause some irritation and rash in few individuals. I am hoping you are off the meth, and despite that, if you are still suffering from symptoms, then this is an ongoing infection, which will have to be screened and treated accordingly.

Also, please refrain from any drug abuse, sexual contact, drink plenty of fluids and wear clean and comfortable undergarments; keep the area clean and dry, do not forget to wash your genitals with water after you urinate and/or pass stool.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-shoaib-khan/64581 . I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
