Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for your query.
I have gone through your query, and despite the fact that you have tested negative for all sexually transmitted diseases, I would request you to repeat the screening as some infections can go undetected as they could have still been in their
incubation period.
Include all infections (eg. HIV,
herpes,
gonorrhea,
trichomoniasis, chlamydia, syphillis, HPV, etc.). I am sure meth has nothing to do with your symptoms, although it can cause some irritation and rash in few individuals. I am hoping you are off the meth, and despite that, if you are still suffering from symptoms, then this is an ongoing infection, which will have to be screened and treated accordingly.
Also, please refrain from any
drug abuse, sexual contact, drink plenty of fluids and wear clean and comfortable undergarments; keep the area clean and dry, do not forget to wash your genitals with water after you urinate and/or pass stool.
I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://doctor.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-shoaib-khan/64581 . I would gladly help you.
Best wishes.
