Pain In Side Of Skull. Do I Need To Be Concerned?

Good morning I had a sharp stabbing like pain/jolt to the right side base of my skull this morning on two occasions. Each time it only lasted a few seconds and I feel fine but at the time it was scary. This has been happening to me for over 6 months and would happen only once or twice a week. Do I need to be concerned??

Welcome to HCM.It would be best to discuss this in person with your doctor /Neurologist who can examine you and dofurther investigations as required.A imaging study like a CT Scan/MRI scan would help eliminate the possibility of a mass lesion some of which do present in this way.
