Pain In Shoulder, Arm. Trouble Sleeping. No Help With Advil. Solution?

Hi my shoulder had been hurt for a few days and I didn t do much activities in the last few days so I thought it might have happend while I slept. I m only 20 years old and a athletic male . The pain on all around the shoulder down to my arm . It s constant and I m having trouble sleeping . I have been taking advil and streching carefully . But pain has not gone away it s been 3 days now help me please

hi,
your problem seems either more of postural type.....
Do take some hot fomentation over your shoulder region atleast 2-3 times a day and after every time try moving your shoulder slowly. This is something you can begin with at home. if the pain still persists as it is, then do visit a good physiotherapist and take few sessions as per him/her and your problem will be solved in 5-7 days.
