hi doctor .. i have pain in my penis and pain continues for two three days....this is happening to me when i am having sex with wife.Before marriage i used masturbate regularly,and i feel the pain at that time.while having sex am feeling the same pain and not able get satisfaction in sex.is there any medicine to completely cure the pain and to have good satisfaction in sex.

The pain from having sex might be due to exertion. You must spend more time in foreplay with your partner and slowly allow sexual tension to build up. This will get satisfaction for you and your partner. Sex is not a purely physical act, it involves partner participation and emotions. Please be slow in having sex and discuss your needs and that of your partner. You may use a good lubrication jelly for foreplay and that will help for the pain that you are experiencing during sexual intercourse.
