Pain In Head, Noticed Small Pimples Like Swelling. Back Neck Paining Due To Heaviness. Suggestion?

Hi I m having pain on some areas of my head from past few days and two days back I found some small pimple like swelling on that areas , i can feel it by finger but not visible. And I am feeling heaviness on my head . Also my back neck is paining due to the heavy ness and always feel to rest the head some where. I don t have any eye problem. I also checked my eye power two months back.

Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of muscle tension headache. You would benefit from medications such as amitryptiline and dothiepin. Massage and neck exercises would also help.
Pimple like lesions are not related and if they recur, you may show to a dermatologist.
