Hi and welcome to Healthcare magic.Thank you for the query.
You need detailed work up and your symptoms may indicate various conditions.commonly it is caused by rheuamtoid autoimmune diseases and this is the first thing to rule out. Secondly,it can be sign of certain neurologic disorders including spine and disc pathologies. Affected vison can be part of such neurologic disorder or can be disorder for itself.
Wish you good health. Regards
