Hi I have endro been on lupron for 6 months know on visanne still getting back pain stomached pain and pain at times when I urinate. Just had a ultra sound and they say I have query adenomyosis...a bulky uterus and double layer endometrial thickness 7.7mm...

Currently for your pain...which might be due to adenomyosis as well as added on urinary tract infection. ....take course of urinary antibiotics and antispasmodic for psin...if its still not relieved may be your endometriosis is getting severe...get a diagnostic laproscopy done
