hi there ive been having shooting/stabing pains in both arms i also have bruised feeling elbows more towards the iner sides and that dont go at all my wrists , hands and elbows ache up my arms and into my shoulders and neck feeling that i have no strength even in my hands and wrists i also have a heavy feeling in my clavicles and i also sometime get it in my legs but every morning i get out of bed i walk as if my feet legs and body is very stiff and painful and takes a while to go and to top it all iam now suffering with anxiety and panic attacks but before all this started i was having real bad sweats all over body including forearms and back of legs im at the end of my tether with this can you help
